Our trained attendants come to your home to carry out everyday household tasks. Our aim is to help you maintain a clean and welcoming living space, effortlessly and with complete peace of mind.
What does light housekeeping include?
Lounge and living areas
Maintenance of floors (vacuuming, mopping and washing), tidying and dusting of accessible surfaces, cupboards, lamps, switches, frames and heaters
Kitchen
Cleaning of surfaces, sink, refrigerator, exterior of oven and hood, small appliances, countertops and cabinet handles, dishes and waste garbage cans
Bathroom
Cleaning of sink and vanity, shower/tub and surround, mirror, toilet, furniture, tiles and accessories
Laundry, bedding and more
Washing, folding and ironing clothes, changing sheets and other light storage items

When you entrust the upkeep of your home, you’re also entrusting a part of your privacy. At Répit-Ressource, we take this responsibility seriously. Our attendants are trained to act with rigor, respect and a sense of human connection.
What types of tasks are included?
We carry out regular maintenance of rooms and living spaces: kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living room, office, floors, dusting, bedding, washing and folding linen, according to your needs. Each service is tailored to your environment.
Do I need to supply household products?
Yes, our attendants use the products and equipment available in your home, respecting your preferences, your health (allergies, odours) and your safety. Please note that for health and safety reasons, we do not use bleach.
How often are services offered?
Our services are generally offered on a regular basis, weekly, bi-weekly or according to a schedule established with you. You can stop or change the frequency free of charge with 48 business hours’ notice.
Does the same person come every time?
We make every effort to ensure the stability of the team working with you. A dedicated attendant is assigned to your home to create a bond of trust and ensure continuity.
Please note that for monthly services, we cannot guarantee to have the same resource as for weekly or bi-weekly services.
How much does a housekeeping service cost?
Thanks to the PEFSAD program, your fees can be reduced by up to 70%. The final rate will depend on your eligibility. All you need is to be a resident of Quebec, 18 years of age or older, have a health insurance number and have filed your last income tax return with Revenu Québec. Available to all Quebec residents aged 18 and over, the Financial Assistance Program for Domestic Help Services (PEFSAD) offered by the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec* can reduce your out-of-pocket expenses by up to 70% for housekeeping, light housekeeping, laundry, shopping and meal preparation.
